Say hello to Rob, one of the partners here at Helmores. He joined the firm in 1990, and with over 33 years under his belt, he's likely the most experienced estate agent in the local area. But Rob isn't one to rest on his laurels. Over the years, he's worn many hats - from negotiating and viewings to valuing, rentals, photography, and videos. He was even one of the first professionally qualified drone pilots in the property industry!

These days, Rob is the driving force behind our marketing and social media, and he oversees the business as a whole. He's always on the lookout for the next piece of tech that can take us to even greater heights. With Rob at the helm, you can be sure that Helmores is always pushing forward, always innovating, and always ready to provide the best service possible to our clients.

Rob's career has been well-recognised with awards, something we're all pretty chuffed about. We won the Sunday Times Estate Agency of the Year title for Best Single Office in the South West three times in a row - 2013, 2014, and 2015. And we didn’t stop there; in 2019, we scooped up Best UK Estate Agent at The Guild of Professional Estate Agents awards. Most recently, in 2023, we won gold at the Estate Agent Masters for our standout sales and lettings services. These awards aren't just for show; they're a nod to Rob's steadfast commitment to excellence in our field.
