Position Overview:

• Job Title: Viewings Agent
• Location: Crediton, Devon
• Requirements: Candidates must be over 25 for vehicle insurance purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property viewings across the Mid Devon area.
• Manage diary appointments to ensure punctuality at all viewings.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during all appointments.
• Provide detailed feedback to clients following viewings.
• Undertake general administrative tasks as required.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must Haves: A full driving licence and confidence in driving. Familiarity with Crediton and surrounding villages is advantageous. Understanding of property and the selling process. Good timekeeping skills.
