    The house was designed by Stan Bold Architect, who has a fantastic reputation for imaginative contemporary design work.  It was built by local builders R J Salter and Sons ltd, of rendered concrete cavity walls, cedar cladding, solid concrete floors to ground and first floor (no squeaky floorboards!). 

    The lighting is beautiful, and was designed and supplied by Amos Lighting, Exeter.

    The cinema room and all audio/visual installation was carried out by Gulliford HiFi, Exeter.

    The wardrobes and storage were all bespoke built and fitted by Deviell, Exeter.

    All bathrooms are Laufen, and supplied by Sapphire Spaces of Topsham.

    The kitchen and utility room are German made, and were fitted by Tiverton Kitchens & Bathrooms.

    SERVICES : Mains gas, water and electricity. Superfast fibre broadband. Underfloor heating throughout with 5 sets of manifolds controlling various zones.  Thermal store with solar thermal roof panels – an extremely energy efficient system giving virtually free hot water in the summer months.
