    The site is located off Hatherleigh Road to the west of the historic Winkleigh village centre which is a short walk of about 500m. The site currently comprises of an industrial estate measuring 6.93 acres in total. Kinsley Plastics and Andrew Hicks Engineering have planning permission from Torridge District Council to build new industrial units on the Winkleigh airfield and will relocate once their new units have been constructed.  Winkleigh Cider, which is located next door to Kingsley Plastics, is set to stay on the industrial estate but this area of land is outside the red line and has its own access directly off Hatherleigh Road. 

    The subject site slopes from north to south. The views from the site, south toward Dartmoor, are spectacular and there also views from the northern end of the site toward the countryside to the north.

    All but the southern most industrial unit will remain on site and will need to be demolished and removed by the purchaser.  All of the temporary homes/offices and units produced by Kingsley Plastics will be removed from the site prior to completion.

    From the Helmores office drive along the A377 to Morchard Road.  Turn left on to the B3220 and follow signs to Winkleigh.  Drive into the village, take the left turning onto Exeter Road.  After 350 metres, take the left onto Hatherleigh Road and the industrial estate can be found 200 metres on the left.
