No Chain! This modern two double bedroom semi-detached house is found in a village cul-de-sac location and benefits from parking for 2-4 vehicles to the side, a level rear garden, plus uPVC double glazing throughout.

This modern semi-detached house was built just 10 years ago & is situated in a cul-de-sac location within the pretty Mid-Devon village of Yeoford, just a short walk to the Tarka railway line and a soon to re-open foody pub, with the primary school also within walking distance.

The two double bedroom accommodation feels spacious and there is scope to split the main bedroom to create a three bedroom house (with permissions and adding & moving a window) if desired, a white suite bathroom with a Mira electric shower over the bath.

The lounge diner has a door & window out to the garden, there is also a kitchen and downstairs cloakroom with WC. The house is uPVC double glazed throughout and has electric radiators, including off-peak storage heaters.

Outside: To the rear is a level and enclosed garden (10m x 6.6m) which is largely laid to lawn and enjoys some rural views and a paved seating area plus a gate to the off-road parking which is suitable for 2-4 vehicles.

Please see the floorplan for room sizes.

YEOFORD is a popular village, in a gentle valley, 4 miles from the market town of Crediton. It is part of the ‘Tarka Trail’ or ‘Rail Ale Trail’, based on the Exeter to Barnstaple train line – where patrons (usually) travel from north to south, enjoying intermittent pub stops (with grand hopes of making it to the city!). Yeoford is a busy place with yearly festivals, including ‘Yeofest’ – described by some as the “best little beer festival in Mid Devon”. In addition, and for those that prefer apples there is ‘Yeocider’.
