Mike’s World Record Attempt!

291a6088-3
Our very own Mike Thierens is going to be attempting a world record for the ‘Longest marathon game of FIFA’ to raise money for The Bradley Lowery Foundation. The current record stands at 48 hours 49 minutes.

Mike will be attempting the record here in our Helmores offices, Crediton starting on Friday 1st June. All being well he will finish the attempt on Sunday 3rd June.

All mon291a6090ey raised will go to The Bradley Lowery Foundation, which was set up in memory of Bradley who sadly lost his fight to Neuroblastoma last July. The Bradley Lowery foundation has been set up to help families who need to fund raise for treatment or equipment, not available on the NHS. They support families through their fundraising campaign in order to help achieve their targets. They offer not only support, but grants where eligible.

As you would expect there is a lot to organise to attempt a World Record and we need your help. Mike will need 2 independent witnesses present at all times. The witnesses can do 4 hour shifts at a time. One of the witnesses needs a gaming background and work in the gaming industry as a games designer, QA staff or video games retailer. If you are in the business or know anyone that is please get in touch with us on 01363 777999 or mike@helmores.com
