Double Awards at the Guild of Property Professionals Awards 2018

We’re immensely proud to have been awarded GOLD for Best Letting Agent South West and SILVER for Best Letting Agent UK at the 2018 Guild of Property Professionals Awards.  This year the awards were held at the prestigious County Hall building in central London overlooking the river Thames.  Sponsored by The Telepraph, the event was attended by over 400 agents from across the UK.

Gill Davies of Helmores rentals says “We’re absolutely thrilled to have received this most prestigious award from the Guild, it’s the ultimate accolade for all the hard work we’ve put into improving and expanding our rental business over the last couple of years.  Being recognised by such a well regarded organisation makes us extremely proud”.  Mike Thierens also of Helmores rentals adds “We’re absolutely blown away to receive these 2 fantastic awards from the Guild.  We love giving first class customer service, and have a real focus on compliance, excellent marketing, and of course hard work!”.  Mike adds “We’d like to thank all our landlords and tenants who voted for us – without them this wouldn’t have happened and we’re very grateful!”

This year, the Guild of Property Professionals partnered with the ESTAS to introduce greater customer service elements into its 2018 awards.  Gold and silver winners for The Guild’s regional estate agent and lettings awards were awarded in the South East, South West, London, Midlands, East Anglia, Wales, North West and North.   The ESTAS were an integral part of this year’s judging, and are the only industry awards body who invites votes from the public – as “an indication of the quality and professionalism Guild Members offer on a daily basis.”

Rob Stoyle, partner of Helmores says “Massive thanks to the Helmores rental team for their dedication and hard work – an award truly deserved, and I’m extremely proud of the entire team”.
