Development Site For Up To 40 New Homes

The development site extends to approximately 3.73 acres and comes with a resolution to grant outline planning permission for up to 40 new homes, subject to a Section 106 agreement which has been agreed and is being drafted. The Section 106 allows for the provision of a 64 space car park, an educational contribution and a mix of property tenures including affordable housing. The land is mostly level with trees along the northern boundary and its own independent access.
