I joined the firm in 1990 when I was 18 years old....how time flies!

I have direct control over all aspects of the business together with my business partner Phil Morgan, and  spend much of my time either out and about valuing and putting properties on the market or sat at my desk usually with a phone glued to my ear!  

I have extensive knowledge of the local property market (20 years), and have a wealth of experience of selling property in both the good times, and the not so good times too. I love my job, am a real workaholic, and can often still be found loitering in the office at rather unsociable hours making sure that the work is done!

I have lived in Crediton all my life, am married to my lovely wife Caroline, and have 2 young children. I have far too many hobbies and not enough time for any of them!  But when time does permit, I love a good competitive bout of squash, getting down & dirty on my mountain bike, and distance running when the kilo's start to creep up!

I oversee the running of the business on a daily basis and have a hands-on approach to managing staff, clients and applicants.

I have a well proven track record over the last 20 years in providing excellent customer service and managing successful teams. I spend considerable time carrying out valuations and preparing properties to go on the market. 

I live in Crediton with my wife Rachel and my baby son James, and when I do get some spare time (which is very rare these days!) I enjoy a good game of squash, watching football, and playing the odd round of golf, weather permitting!

Having previously worked in sales for large multi-nationals across south-west England, I have now found my niche at Helmores. I enjoy the people side of this business and am a firm believer in "making things happen". My main tasks with Helmores are negotiating sales, liaising with our vendors and applicants and increasingly out and about on valuations. Outside of work this year (09/10) I am studying for the diploma in Residential Estate Agency (DipREA) which is both interesting and challenging.

I have grown up in the area and apart for a short spell in London, can't imagine wanting to live anywhere else in the UK. I enjoy rugby (watching these days), cycling and you may see me running aimlessly around fields on a Monday night in remote parts of Devon with the KH3!

I have been working in property since leaving college in 1999 but have previously worked on the legal side of selling properties. I started as a sales negotiator with Helmores in January 2007, moving onto sales progressing, and now I look after the secretarial and administration side of the business.  I live in Crediton with my partner Ian, and my baby son Hayden.

I've worked in the financial industry for many years. Although I specialise in mortgages and protection, I'm also able to provide advice on the areas of inheritance tax planning, investments, and pensions. I live in Coleford near Crediton, with my wife Hazel, and I have 2 grown up children.

Although I'm now retired from a senior managerial position in a large national company, I am kept in near full time employment showing property for Helmores! I've been with the firm since 1998, and I live locally with my wife Linda and I have 2 grown-up children.

I have been at Helmores since 2004, and have enjoyed working in such a busy environment with enthusiastic and professional colleagues, although I've I have been working in Estate Agency for over 10 years.

When I first started I worked full time and was responsible for chasing sales and general reception tasks. Since having my daughter in 2007 I work part time. I still monitor the sales once they have been put in solicitors hands but I am also now responsible for providing the partners with admin support.

I have lived in the area all my life and currently live not far from Crediton with my partner Andrew and our daughter Sophie.

I am the senior negotiator at Helmores and have worked for the firm for over 16 years although not continuously as I had a break for a couple of years when I ran my own business - I just couldn't kick the Helmores Team spirit! 

I thrive off hard work and that is never absent at our office. Truly dedicated to my job, I enjoy helping our clients to achieve their own goals whilst adding my own personal & professional  touch. I have a great knowledge of the area having lived in Crediton all my life.

I enjoy music, love dancing and spending time up at the North Devon coast with my partner. If there is ever an opportunity to get dressed up & sprinkle on the glitter and party I'll be there!

I've been in estate agency since the 1980's, mainly with Helmores, and have dealt with many thousands of happy buyers and sellers over the years!  I've seen some amazing changes over the years especially with the emergence of IT - when I started we were still using typewriters and carbon paper!!

I've lived in the area all my life, and am very happily married to husband Frank and have 2 grown up children.

I joined the Helmores team in early 2009 and they have made me so welcome, I only wish I had started earlier!  I previously worked for South West Water and have now swapped a company van for a lovely blue Helmores mini where you may see me driving around the countryside on viewings.  I very much enjoy showing people over houses and meeting people.

I am married and live in Crediton with my husband in a house that we had built.  It was a great challenge and good fun having so much input into its design.

When I'm not at work you will mostly find me being dragged along the road by my Springer Spaniel and on a Thursday night doing dog agility which is great because my dog is bonkers!  You may also see us out and about in our motorhome with the dog.

I started working full time at Helmores in September 2009, having completed my GCSE's. I am the newest member of the team and am very much looking forward to gaining experience and further knowledge in the estate agency field.  My main roles within the office are dealing with day to day enquiries, from both new and existing clients as well as vendors, handling offers, and making sure the viewing feedback is up to date and dealt with in a professional yet friendly manor.

I live locally with my family and when I am not at work I like to go out and socialise and keep active by playing football.
